A downloadable game for Windows

Bucket Knight is a game I have created, using C++, for my Computer Science A-Level.

The goal of the game is to complete as many levels as possible before dying. To do this, you are given a random weapon at the start of each level which you must use to defeat the goblins, wizards, and furballs. All 3 weapons have unique stats.

“ To become a Bucket Knight, for the kingdom of Bucket, one must prove their skills as a warrior. To do this, they must venture into the magical forest and defeat waves of fantastical foes to earn recognition from the princess who may bestow the knightly rank upon them. “

Install instructions

To install the game, extract the downloadable file and run the 'Bucket Knight Installer.msi' to start the installation process.

If a message appears saying ‘Windows Protected your PC’ appears, click on ‘More Info’ and run the program anyway. If you’re sceptical of the program, feel free to run it through an antivirus.

If you have an older version of the game and wish to install the newer version, I recommend you uninstall the game first.

To uninstall the game, go to 'Add or Remove Programs' and search 'Bucket Knight'.
